Since 2005 we have been working closely together with the transportation company Silk Road Group (SRG) (www.silkroadgroup.net). Examples of joint projects include:

Setting up of trading company dealing with oil and oil products in form of a joint venture between SRG and Addax & Oryx Group (www.aoginvest.com) (AOG) with SRG being responsible for purchasing and logistics and AOG for sales and financing
Evaluation and structuring of a strategic private equity participation in Wissol (www.wissol.ge), the leading chain of petrol station in Georgia
Evaluation and structuring of several strategic private equity participations in oil and freight ports on the Black Sea and the Persian Gulf
Feasibility study for an oil refinery on the Black Sea

Real Estate, Hotels and Tourism

Since 2006 we have been developing projects together with different investors in the real estate sector, mainly hotel and tourism projects in urban areas and locations of touristic interest:
